Get in touch
Let's talk about your sites.
Whether you're weighing up a new accountant, preparing for an acquisition, or just want a second opinion on your numbers, tell us a little about your business and we'll come back with next steps, not a sales pitch.
About us
16 years, one sector.
Care Home Accountants was founded 16 years ago around a single focus: the business of care. What began as specialist support for a handful of residential homes has grown into a dedicated practice working with residential and nursing homes, children's homes, domiciliary care providers and multi-site groups across England, Wales and Scotland.
Our promise is simple: clearer numbers, healthier margins, and fewer financial surprises.

Before you reach out
A few things people usually ask.
We'll be in touch to arrange your free consultation, either remotely or in person. Ahead of the call, we may send a short questionnaire so we can make the best use of your time together.
No. Your first consultation is free, with no obligation to become a client afterwards.
It helps to have a recent set of accounts and a rough idea of your sites and occupancy to hand, but it's not essential. We'll talk you through what's useful once we've spoken.
